“Bakery” Przystanek u Gruzina ” in Poland is a place where you can find authentic Georgian pastries and other delicious products. Our history dates back to Georgia, where our founder gained the knowledge and skills of baking traditional Georgian breads and cakes. After moving to Poland, he decided to open a bakery with his friend to share the taste of Georgia with the local community. Our bakery has become a favorite place both for Poles who love authentic flavors and for Georgians who miss family cuisine. SALT BAKED GOODS

Georgian pastries are a real treat for the palate. In Georgian cuisine, khachapuri, or traditional Georgian breads stuffed with cheese, is especially popular. There are several types of khachapuri, such as Imeruli (with paneer), Megruli (with cheese on top), Adjaruli (with egg and butter) or Acharuli (boat-shaped with cheese, egg and butter). In addition to khachapuri, lobiani (stuffed with beans), khachapuri (stuffed with meat), as well as various types of bread such as puri (pies) or shoti (traditional Georgian bread) are also baked. Dry Georgian pastries are full of intense flavors and aromas that will delight any lover of Georgian cuisine.

BREAD AND LAVASH

Georgian Bread is a symbol of hospitality and tradition, baked with the highest quality ingredients and passed down from generation to generation. Armenian lavash is a thin, flexible bread made from flour, water and salt, baked in a tandoor and used as a base for a variety of dishes. Both breads have important cultural significance in their respective countries.

PELMENI AND CHINKALI

Pielmeni and chinkali are popular dishes in Russian and Georgian cuisine respectively. Dumplings are small round or oval dumplings made of dough, in which there is a meat filling.
